Implementing Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP dated January 7, 2022 of the Government regulating the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and protection of the ozone layer, the Department of Climate Change has received 17 more applications for registration of the use of controlled substances from relevant organizations, meeting the requirements specified in Clause 3, Article 24 of Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP, from May 30, 2024 to July 12, 2024.Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 24 of Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment publishes information (phase 5) about 17 organizations that have completed registration to use controlled substances.
